How to purify water with MMS — drops per gallon
The amounts below are quoted from the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook, Chapter 14, with page numbers. Nothing is invented and this is not medical or public-health advice.
MMS1 (activated sodium chlorite)
8 drops per gallon
For plain clear water such as tap water: activate 8 drops of MMS1 with 50% citric acid or 4% HCl, count 30 seconds, then stir into one gallon (4 litres / 4 quarts) of water. Mix thoroughly, cover and wait.
page 287MMS2 (calcium hypochlorite)
½ of a #1 capsule per gallon
One #1 size capsule loosely filled half full of calcium hypochlorite purifies one gallon of normal-appearing clear water. Do not pack or compress the powder.

MMS1 for water purification: To treat plain clear water that you feel should be purified to kill disease pathogens, such as tap water from your faucet, I suggest adding 8 drops of MMS1 (activated MMS—use 50% citric acid or 4% HCl) per gallon of water (or 4 liters/4 quarts). Count 30 seconds for the drops to activate then put the mixture into a gallon of water. Mix thoroughly, cover and wait for at least one hour before use. Keep in mind MMS1 does not kill the chlorine or the fluoride in your water but it will kill diseases. For smaller quantities of water, use less drops. For 1 quart (or liter) use 2 drops of MMS1. Turpid (cloudy) water requires more MMS1. If you have a slight bit of turbidity, use 12 drops of activated MMS1 per gallon. A higher amount of turbidity requires higher amounts of MMS. Use 12 to 24 of MMS1 drops or even more drops for river water. This is something you will have to evaluate and do your best to get it right. In this case, it is always best to error on the side of too many drops than not enough. A slightly bad taste resulting from the MMS1 (if you have to go higher) will not hurt you.

MMS2 for water purification: Water can be purified using MMS2 equally as well as MMS1. (Like MMS1, MMS2 does not kill the chlorine or the fluoride in your water but it will kill diseases.) Both MMS1 and MMS2 are used throughout the world to purify water in public water

systems. One #1 size capsule (see page 46 for capsule size) filled 1/2 full of calcium hypochlorite (MMS2) can be used to purify one gallon of normal appearing clear water. I have found that using gelatin or vegetable capsules is a very convenient method of measuring small amounts of powdered MMS2. Do not pack tightly or compress the MMS2 in the capsule, but loosely fill the capsule to 1/2 full. Open the capsule and pour the powder from the capsule into the water. Stir well until dissolved, cover and wait two hours before use. Turbid (cloudy) water requires more MMS2. If you have a slight bit of turbidity, use a full #1 size capsule of MMS2. In the case of more turbidity, you can use up to 2 full size #1 capsules of MMS2 for a gallon of water. Use 1 to 3 capsules for river water. Again this is something you will have to evaluate. In this case of purifying questionable water, it is always best to error on the side of too much MMS2 rather than not enough. You may alter the taste of the water with 3 capsules, but that would be a lot better than getting sick from the water. Three capsules of MMS2 in a gallon of water will not hurt you even if it tastes a little bad.

Animal cure: My dog had a bad skin disease that left him with no hair only raw skin. Having MMS in my cupboard, I decided to try it...Within two weeks all his hair had grown back plus he has no itch. I started giving him three drops twice a day and increased it by one, so he has been on four drops for the second week. He has fully recovered with great health. I put the mixture in his meat and he ate it all. We were so overwhelmed my husband said if it grew hair back on my dog why wouldn't it grow my hair back. So my husband is on it now. —Didi, Australia

Chapter 15
Water — the ideal liquid for mixing an MMS1 dose
page 41- page 41
The ideal is to take your MMS1 dose in water only. MMS1 doses should be taken in 1/2 cup of water (this is 4 ounces or 120 ml), or mineral water. Children usually need less than a half cup of water. When a child takes 1 drop of MMS1 or less, he should use 1/4 cup of liquid.
MMS1 should be taken in drinking (purified) water— never tap water that has chlorine, fluoride or other toxins added, as these will cancel out the effectiveness of MMS1 and may even make you sick. Usually it is best to purchase bottled water. Keep in mind, all bottled water is not created equal. Don't automatically assume just because it’s bottled, it is more safe, clean or pure than tap water. Some bottled water contains fluoride, chlorine or other harmful substances. So check out your water source. Read the labels and/or check with manufacturers to know what you are getting. Distilled water or reverse osmosis water can also be used.

Caution: Please remember that most places in the world use a toxic form of chlorine as a water purifier. Even worse than that, many places add extremely poisonous fluoride to the water because sadly, around 50 years ago doctors convinced the public that fluoride helps teeth. Fluoride is one of the most poisonous chemicals known to man. There is no evidence that it helps one’s teeth and there are hundreds of thousands of teenagers who have teeth with blotches as a result. Use a good quality bottled drinking water for these protocols unless you get your water from a pure water spring or well or you have a reverse osmosis water filter. Distilled water can also be used.
Drinking water for animals
page 302- page 302
for Animals Normally, animal’s drinking water should be maintained at 1 ppm of chlorine dioxide. This would be 4 MMS1 (activated MMS) drops for each gallon of clean water. (Some people have more than one animal and would use this much water in a day, some people may only have one animal and need less water. If you need less water, calculate 1 drop of MMS1, per quart/liter of water.) For those in rural areas or on a farm, slightly turbid water will need more MMS1 per gallon use 6 to 12 drops for slightly turbid water per gallon. The more turbidity the more drops are required. Normally 4 drops of MMS 1 per gallon is plenty. If you are putting MMS1 in your animal’s daily drinking water, this is not enough to serve as a maintenance dose of MMS1. Follow the chart for the daily maintenance dosages for your animal(s) either by putting the dose in their water or giving it to them some other way.

Note: I suggest using glass or good quality plastic water bowls for your animals if putting MMS in their drinking water. On the other hand, if you activate MMS first in a glass or plastic container making it MMS1 and add water, then after it is activated and mixed with water it is OK to put in metal containers that are often used for animals. Do not mix up unactivated MMS (sodium chlorite) and activator directly in a metal bowl or metal cup. First activate and add water in a glass or plastic cup, then put it in the bowl.
