MMS2, calcium hypochlorite, is sometimes known as Pool Shock. It is sold in pool stores and grocery stores throughout the world. As long as it is for swimming pools, manufacturers cannot put bad things in the pools that would hurt swimmers, and thus cannot put harmful things

in the calcium hypochlorite. The package will say it contains somewhere from 45% to 85% available chlorine. This is not true. As long as you have calcium hypochlorite (not sodium hypochlorite, which does produce chlorine) there is no available chlorine. When calcium hypochlorite is dissolved in water it turns into hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and there is no chlorine available. HOCl is the same acid that your body naturally generates to kill disease and destroy poisons. When you take MMS2, you are giving your body more of its own ammunition against disease. The microorganisms in a swimming pool are killed by the calcium hypochlorite which is turned into HOCl. Manufacturers only say there is “available chlorine” in order to make the calcium hypochlorite sell, as many in the world unfortunately still think that chlorine is a safe and effective product for killing microorganisms—and it is a common mistake to mix up these terms. Chlorine, which is sodium hypochlorite, will kill microorganisms, but it also is harmful to the human body. Calcium hypochlorite, which when added to water produces hypochlorous acid, will also kill microorganisms, but it is not harmful to the human body and does not contain the chemical “chlorine”. Step 1
Purchase calcium hypochlorite from MMS suppliers at: http://waterpurificationsuppliers.is/ — It is also available from pool stores, grocery stores and sometimes department stores.
Step 2
Purchase some empty gel or vegetable capsules, size #1 or #0. If you cannot find these, purchase a regular
bottle of some type of vitamin capsules in one of these same sizes. Empty the capsules by pulling them apart. (It is best to purchase clear/transparent capsules. Some capsules come in colors, and the color (dye) can sometimes be harmful.)
Step 3
Partially fill the capsules with the calcium hypochlorite granules. Do not try to grind the granules finer. Just use the granules as they are. Allow them to fall loosely into the capsules without packing them down. Always start low in the amount you add to your capsule and increase your doses gradually. When the capsules are pulled apart, one side is always larger than the other side. Fill the larger side. Then put the smaller side on and be sure you push it down securely in place.
For size #1 capsules, start by filling a capsule 1/8 full. Then increase the amount slowly over several days, until you reach a full size #1 capsule.
For #0 size capsules start by filling a capsule 1/16 full. Increase the amount slowly over several days. Do not fill a #0 size capsule more than 3/4 full.
Step 4
Always take MMS2 capsules two hours apart.
Always drink the first MMS2 capsule down with 1 full cup (8 ounces/240 ml) of water. With each capsule after that, drink at least 1/2 cup (4 ounces/120 ml) of water, but drink more if you need it.
When you begin taking these capsules, start with taking one capsule at the lowest dose. Two hours later take another capsule also at the lowest dose.
Then two hours later, on the third capsule increase the amount of MMS2 in the capsule a little bit, and take it. Two hours later, take the fourth capsule with the same amount of MMS2 you put in the third capsule.
If there are no problems after taking these 4 capsules, then continue increasing the amount of MMS2 in your capsules until you reach the maximum size dose. Stick with that as your standard MMS2 dose for the duration of time you are taking MMS2. In case of nausea or diarrhea reduce the amount of calcium hypochlorite in each capsule by 50%. When these symptoms subside, slowly increase the amount to the suggested doses given above.
Notes
If at any time while increasing the amount of MMS2 in these capsules you feel signs of a Herxheimer reaction coming on, slow down on the rate at which you increase the amount of powder in the capsule. It is not a race. If you cannot increase to the maximum size dose, stick with the size dose you are comfortable with. Follow the Three Golden Rules.
If you have purchased MMS2 capsules already made up, you may need to open the capsules and empty out some of the powder in order to follow the above instructions.
